RFB4700C9-AYW-MNN is a 7-inch, 280x1424 pixels, TFT LCD with an aspect ratio of 1:5. This display module uses an IPS screen, allowing users to see the display clearly at wider angles (80/80/80/80 degrees).

This 7" 280x1424 TFT module has driver IC OTA7290N-C supporting a 4-lanes MIPI interface. MIPI (Mobile Industry Processor Interface) is a relatively new standard, mainly used in mobile device applications. This MIPI TFT LCD module possesses a high-speed advantage compared to the RGB-interface TFT because of the DSI (Display pixel interface), a high-speed serial interface between the main processor and the display module.

The brightness is 500 cd/m2 with a contrast ratio of 1,000:1. Designed to excel in challenging environments, it operates in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C and can be stored in temperatures from -30°C to +80°C.
