FSP Power Solution GmbH has introduced a new 65 W medical USB-PD adapter that combines medical safety approvals with modern USB-C power delivery. The model FSP065M-DUA is certified to both IEC60601-1 and IEC62368-1 and is designed for PD-capable medical devices such as medical monitors, medical displays, patient treatment equipment and physical therapy machines.
The adapter provides programmable USB Power Delivery profiles at 5/9/12/15/20 V with a maximum output power of 65 W. It uses an IEC 320/C14 AC inlet and supports a universal input range from 90 to 264 VAC.
With DOE Level VI energy efficiency and a no-load power consumption of ≤ 0.21 W, the FSP065M-DUA supports low standby power requirements and energy conscious designs. The unit is specified for operation up to 5,000 m altitude and complies with relevant EMC medical standards.This medical grade USB power supply is intended for use in environments where certified safety, stable performance and long-term availability are critical.
