Often a combination of W&T interfaces or Com-Servers together with other 12V consumers is used at a central location.
In such cases a common power supply for the interfaces and the peripherals makes the application much more organized than would be the case powering the devices with their own individual power supplies.
This assignment is handled elegantly and cost-effectively with the 60W DIN rail mount power supply model 11086, which can power multiple interfaces or Com-Servers and the connected peripherals centrally.
All you need to ensure is that the total power consumed does not exceed the capability of the DIN rail power supply.
Thanks to the generous operating temperature range, the DIN rail mount power supply is also ideal for applications where the standard plug-in power supply provided with the Interfaces cannot be used due to the expected high ambient temperatures.
