Apollo2 - Ultra-Low Power System on Chip

The Apollo2 Blue builds upon the industry's best power management efficiendy of the Apollo2 SoC Family with a System-In-Package comprised of the Apollo2 SoC and Bluetooth low energy controller to deliver a totally integrated Bluetooth low energy connectivity solution.

The device offers Bluetooth 5 ready radio and integrates 1 MB of flash memory and 256 KB of RAM to accommodate radio and sensor overhead while leaving space for application code. This System on Chip also includes several masters and one slave SPI and I²C ports and two UART ports for communicating with sensors including accelerometers, gyroscopes, and magnetometers.

Apollo2 Blue adds top rated Bluetooth low energy radio capability to an already-existing aray of relevent functionality built around the Cortex-M4 processor expressly designed for use in IoT and wearables applications.

Ultra-low Power Flexible Serial Peripherals
- 6x I²C/SP masters with 128-byte bidirectional FIFO for communication with sensors, radios, and other peripherals
- 1x I²C/SPl slave for host communications with 256-bytes LRAM area for FIFO/host support
- 2x UART modules with 32-location Tx and Rx FIFOs
- PDM for mono and stereo audio microphones
- 1x I²S slave for PDM audio pass-through
- RTC based on Ambiq's AM08X5/18X5 family
